Not at all! You can describe your idea in words or share inspiration images and our team will digitize and create the artwork for you. A digitizing fee applies for new logos — but it's waived on orders of 12 or more pieces. If you already have a finished vector file (AI, EPS, SVG), we can work directly from that at no extra cost.

We happily do single-piece orders — no minimums required. Bulk pricing kicks in at 12+ pieces, making it a great option for team apparel, corporate gifts, and event swag. Reach out for a custom quote if you're ordering 50 or more.

Yes! We offer a BYOI (Bring Your Own Item) option. Select it in the garment dropdown on the custom order form and we'll confirm compatibility before production begins. Please note that we can't guarantee results on fabrics or materials not suited for embroidery or engraving — we'll always let you know upfront before any work begins.

Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from the date your design proof is approved. We also offer Express (5–7 days, +25%) and Rush (2–4 days, +50%) options if you're working with a tight deadline. Turnaround time does not include shipping transit time.

Absolutely — we send a digital design proof for your approval before any stitching or engraving begins. You'll have the opportunity to request revisions. Production only starts once you've given us the green light, so there's no risk of ending up with something you didn't expect.

Yes — we ship worldwide! USA orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all import duties and taxes are covered so you won't be hit with surprise customs charges at the door. For other international destinations, import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Canadian customers enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $199 CAD. Use code FREESHIP2026 at checkout. This offer applies to standard shipping and does not apply to rush or express delivery upgrades.

Once shipped, typical delivery windows are 3–7 business days within Canada, 5–10 business days to the USA, and 10–21 business days internationally. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order leaves our studio. Note that shipping times are separate from production time.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Submitting the order form is not a commitment. We'll review your request, send you a quote, and create a design proof for your approval — payment is only collected once you're happy with everything. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and e-transfer for Canadian customers. A 50% deposit is required for orders over $500 CAD.

Custom pricing is based on several factors: service type (embroidery, laser engraving, hot foiling), garment or product selected, design complexity and size, quantity ordered, and turnaround preference. Embroidery starts at $55 CAD per piece, laser engraving from $30 CAD, and hot foil from $40 CAD. Volume discounts apply at 12+ pieces. You'll receive a firm quote before any payment is taken.

Because every custom order is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Ready-made shop items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition. Please contact us and we'll work out the best solution for your situation.
